Strut Threads, LLC ("STRUT", "we") collects only what it needs to take your order and keep in touch when you ask us to.
What we collect
Name, email, shipping and billing address, order history, and basic analytics about how the site is used. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
How we use it
To fulfill orders, handle returns, prevent fraud, and — if you opted in — send you email about new releases. We do not sell your information.
Ads and tracking
We use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok pixels to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who have visited the site. These tools may record the pages you view, the items you add to your cart, and your purchases. If you arrive from one of our ads, we also note which ad it was on your order so we know what's working. You can limit interest-based ads in your Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ad settings, or email us to opt out of this sharing.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Order and shipping notifications are transactional and sent regardless.
Text messages
If you opt in to SMS marketing, we store your phone number only to send you the text updates you asked for. We do not share your number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or reply HELP for assistance.
Your choices
Email privacy@strutthreads.com to access, correct or delete your data, and we'll take care of it.
