HOW IT WORKS

1. 1Open your order and request the return. Sign in with the email you ordered with, or use the “View your order” link in your confirmation email.
2. 2Pick the item and tell us why. Too big, too small, changed your mind, it was a gift — all fine. Swapping for something else? Email us instead and we'll set it up.
3. 3We approve it, usually same day. You get a return number and a prepaid label by email.
4. 4Stick the label on the box and drop it off. Your refund follows once it reaches us.

THE FINE PRINT, UNFINE

• ★Thirty days from the day it lands on your doorstep — not the day you ordered.
• ★Unworn, unwashed, tags on.
• ★Exchanges ship both ways on us. We email you a prepaid label once we approve the request.
• ★On refunds we take a flat $6 off to cover that label — that's the whole fee, no restocking charge on top.
• ★Refunds go back to the original payment method, 5–10 business days after your box reaches us.
• ★Your original shipping charge isn't refunded — unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.
• ★If it comes back worn, washed or missing its tags, we can send it back to you. We'll email you photos of what we're seeing first.

WANT SOMETHING ELSE INSTEAD?

Tell us what you'd like — a different size, a different color, a different item altogether — and we'll get the replacement made as soon as the original is on its way back. Exchanges ship both ways on us, so there's no $6 and no postage. If there's a price difference either way we'll settle it with you before anything ships. Not sure which size? WAS IT A GIFT?

Same thirty days, same condition rules. Get in touch with the order number from the packing slip or gift receipt. We can put a refund on a gift card instead, if you'd rather the giver didn't find out.

ARRIVED DAMAGED?

Don't start a return — get hold of us with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. No $6, no shipping, and you don't need to send the item back to us at all.
