START A RETURN

Thirty days on unworn, unwashed gear with tags on. Exchanges ship both ways on us; refunds come back minus a flat $6 for the return label. Arrived damaged? That one's on us entirely.

   Open your order

   Sign in with the email you ordered with. Shopify emails you a six-digit code — there's no password to remember.

   Pick the item and tell us why

   Choose what's coming back and the reason. Too big, too small, changed your mind, it was a gift — all fine. Want something else instead? Email us and we'll set the exchange up.

3. 3

   We approve it

   Usually same day. You get a real return number and a prepaid shipping label by email.

4. 4

   Box it and send it

   Stick the label on, drop it off. Refunds go back to the original payment method once it lands, 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
